How to browse our card store?
We have chosen to carry a select list of unique cards to make the selection process
easier for our customers. Select a card category in our Card Shop or use our handy pull
down menu browse feature to go straight to a subcategory or success pack.
Time management is key to your success and we have applied this same principle to
shopping at Cardworksonline.com. We have built our site with simple navigation and
shopping in mind.

How to view cards and card detail?
Each thumbnail view of a card can be enlarged for closer image viewing and card
specifications.
On the card detail page you'll see a larger image of the card, card title, inside text,
card price, card stock, card size, orientation and suggestions on how to use the card.

How do I add a custom message?
All cards can be purchased with or without custom messaging. There is a .50 charge per
card for adding a custom message. Your message is printed exactly how you've requested
it so we've built in features for our users to review their typed message before your
order is submitted to us. We recommend you print a screen copy of your typed message
as your proof.
20 custom card order minimum applies. All custom orders are final. If however we have
made an error we will gladly rectify the matter.

How does the Shopping Cart work?
Use your shopping cart to hold the cards you're considering buying. Add as many items
as you'd like to your cart, you can remove items at any time if you decide you don't
want them. While in the shopping cart view, simply click the link next to the card
that says, "remove" and it's gone. You'll have an "edit" feature to check your custom
message orders. Remember that just adding a card to your shopping cart does not
automatically purchase the card.

What amount of postage is required to mail a Cardworks postcard within the US?
Due to the card size, a $0.37 stamp is required.
