How does the Address Book work?
Creating and maintaining an address book makes sending cards to customers a whole lot easier. You've got the addresses of all your friends, associates, and relatives at your fingertips. Within your account, selecting the address book brings you to your master address list. Click on "add address" to enter additional names and addresses. With every address book entry, you'll be given a chance to add a reminder associated with the name. We'll send you a reminder e-mail prior to the date you've entered.

How does the Calendar and Reminders work?
Don't want to forget an occasion or client? We can remind you. Adding names and dates to your reminder calendar is simple - just click on "add a reminder" to create another event. You can set the date for when you'd like to be reminded by e-mail about the event. You select the lead-time of when you'd like to be notified via e-mail.

Use the calendar to see month-in-view of your reminders and holidays for the month. An image of a bell with remind you that you have a reminder for that day. Just click to view.

How does the order history feature work?
We maintain a history of the cards you've ordered. We hold this information for your personal reference only. From time to time you may want to review this information to see which cards you've purchased. To view your order history, simply check the "order history" tab while signed in to your account.

If you return items on a web order, a credit receipt will be displayed in your "Order History." Click on "Order History" to access the web receipt that was credited. Click on the credited line item to access the credit receipt.

How long do you maintain my order history and user profile?
Your 25 most recent orders are displayed are available in the order history. Profile and order information is retained indefinately.
