What are my shipping options?
All orders will be sent UPS for safe and secure mailing. Shipping options include UPS ground, UPS 2 day or UPS next day.

How long will it take until my order arrives?
Orders received before 1pm Eastern Time will be shipped next business day for non-custom orders under 50 cards assuming adequate stock on-hand. For orders over 50 cards, in-plant processing time takes anywhere from 1-3 weeks. Shipping time depends on the shipping option selected. See order tracking capabilities below.

Order tracking capabilities?
Your shipment will be sent UPS using the shipping option you've selected. Your UPS tracking number is your tracking means.

To track your order, go to the Order History section within My Cardworks. The UPS tracking number will be available as soon as your order has been shipped. You can click the UPS Link Button within the Order History section or go directly to www.ups.com and enter the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order.

What confirmation emails will I receive?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation your order has been successfully received at Cardworks. This e-mail will contain your Cardworks Order Confirmation Number along with additional service links should you need them. We recommend you retain this e-mail as your receipt.

What is Cardworks' guarantee policy?
Cardworks greeting cards are carefully designed and manufactured to provide a high quality product. All stock greeting card purchases come with a 30-day money-back-guarantee. All custom greeting card purchases are final. If however we are in error we will immediately rectify the matter.

After you complete your order, you will be presented with your order confirmation number and an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided in your personal profile. A packing slip receipt will be inserted into the order packaging and sent along with the order. Your order history will be maintained on the cardworksonline.com Web site, as a Cardworks registered user.

To return greeting cards, follow the guidelines in our guarantee policy. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

If you return items on your web order, a credit receipt will be displayed in your "Order History." Click on "Order History" to access the web receipt that was credited. Click on the credited line item to access the credit receipt.

What amount of postage is required to mail a Cardworks postcard within the US?
Due to the card size, a $0.37 stamp is required.
