In checkout, I received an error message...
If you received this error message "...order process initiated incorrectly, click
here to return to your shopping basket..." you are most likely browsing the Internet
through something called a "proxy server." Large corporations, universities, and online
services, such as AOL and WebTV use proxy servers. If you find that you are receiving
this error, e-mail
technicalservice@cardworksonline.com
Chances are your computer cannot accept SSL technology. For the security of our users
we require SSL encryption for billing information and order submission.

Is using AOL a problem?
AOL users should be able to search, browse, order, and personalize products
in the same way that any other user does. There are, however, some limitations imposed
by AOL that can cause you to have problems on our site. This is usually seen during the
checkout process. Certain images may show up "crunched" or undecipherable. You will
need to go to your AOL user preferences and turn off AOL's image compressing feature.
Also, as noted above if your computer does not accept SSL technology you will not be
able to place an order.

Is using WEBTV a problem?
WebTV users should be able to search, browse, order, and personalize products
in the same way that any other user does. There are, however, some limitations
imposed by WebTV that can cause you to have problems on our site. This is usually
seen during the checkout process. If you are using WebTV and receive an error
during checkout, unfortunately you will not be able to place an order since it's
highly likely SSL technology is not accepted.

This site uses cookies to identify your browser (although not you personally)
throughout your login session. By default, most browsers are configured to accept
cookies. Browsers can also refuse all cookies, but this site will not work without
it.

Why does my order double when I hit 'Back' or 'Reload'?
Because of the way Web browsers work, we cannot tell if you accidentally hit the 'Back' button
order really wanted to order new products.
To avoid confusion, we recommend using the buttons and links provided inside the Cardworks site.
For example, after ordering your first item, click the 'Continue Shopping' rather than 'Back'
to purchase another product.
