Having an account makes Cardworks a simple place to shop for greeting cards.
It's the most convenient way to manage all your relationships by keeping an address
book, important reminders, a calendar, and your order history all in one place.
You'll also have the opportunity to learn about our special promotions. If you
never want to forget another client, friend or family member's birthday or
anniversary, it's time to sign up
for a Cardworksonline.com account.
Setting up an account is simple. And free. Simply click the "First Time User"
tab from the home page of the site or click here
to sign up for an account.

When do I have to log in or set up an account?
Whenever Checkout is selected or you enter "My Cardworks" (including
profile, calendar, event, reminders, address book, and order history) and
you have not signed in you will be prompted to do so. You'll be asked to
establish a user name and password. Whenever you return to Cardworks, you
can use that user name and password to get back into your account, or you
can select Auto Log In and we'll automatically log you in when you enter
the site. (If you are just visiting the site to browse you aren't required
to log in.)
Cardworks will never give out your personal information or the information
of any of your customers. See our privacy & security policy.
Signing in allows you to access your Address Book and provides you with
accurate and timely order tracking as well as an efficient purchasing
experience.

Forget your user name or password?
When setting up your account we ask you to enter a question that
only you would know the answer to, this will be your "trigger". If you
forget your user name or password while in the Member Login Page, click
on the User Name and Password Recovery Tool link below the password field.
(If in another section of the site, click on the Home section and on the
home page, click on the Member Login button and you will be taken to the
Member Login Page where you will click on the User Name and Password
Recovery Tool.)
Enter the e-mail address that was entered into your personal profile
and hit the Submit button. Your "trigger" will be sent to you to help
remind you of your password. If this still does not jog your memory,
e-mail us at info@cardworksonline.com
and your password will be e-mailed to you. You can also use our Auto Log
In feature so you won't have to remember your password. See below

Automatic Log In feature?
Auto Log In is a feature that makes shopping for cards faster and
easier because you won't have to enter your user name and password
every time you visit the site. Cardworks will save your user name
and password so they're automatically entered when you visit our site.
If you share your computer with other users or use a shared
computer in a public space there are risks to using the Auto Log
In feature. You will be automatically logged in to your Cardworksonline.com
account every time your browser is opened, so anyone using the shared
computer will have access to your Cardworksonline.com account.
If you don't use a shared computer, we encourage you to use Auto
Log In so you'll never have to worry about forgetting your user name
and password.

How do I redeem Coupons, use Discount ID numbers?
Redeeming coupons or discount ID numbers is simply a matter of having the proper
information available during the purchase process. During checkout, you will be asked
to enter your coupon or discount id code. Once the code is entered and the process continues,
the checkout calculator finishes the work for you.
Before your total is calculated, the checkout system will retrieve the value of the coupon,
minimum purchase, and expiration date. Your purchase total will then automatically be
adjusted to reflect the coupon's value.

How do I use my wholesale ID number to obtain proper pricing?
The check out system will automatically adjust the purchase total to reflect your wholesale
discount. Simply enter the code into the coupon field during the check out process, click 'continue',
then let the check out calculator adjust your total accordingly. The only information you will need
is the proper wholesale ID number and the system takes care of the rest.
