Cardworks Guarantee Policy

Cardworks greeting cards are carefully designed and manufactured to provide a high quality product. All stock greeting card purchases come with a 30-day money-back-guarantee. All custom greeting card purchases are final. If, however, we are in error we will immediately rectify the matter.

After you complete your order, you will be presented with your order confirmation. You will be sent a confirmation e-mail, indicating that your order has been sent as well. A receipt will be inserted into the order packaging and sent along with the order. Your order history will be maintained on the cardworksonline.com Web site, as a cardworks registered user.

To return greeting cards, simply contact us at info@cardworksonline.com. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

If you return items on a web order, a credit receipt will be displayed in your "Order History." Click on Order History to access the web receipt that was credited. Click on the credited line item to access the credit receipt.
